Hot Water Crust Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: flour,
1/4 cup: boiling water,
1/2 cup: of cooking oil or fat,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,

Directions:
Pour the water into the oil and stir well. To this add the flour and salt,
which makes a soft rich dough. Use plenty of flour on the rolling board
and pin and do not roll too thin. This makes crust for two pies.
