3 lb: chicken,
1 can: cream mushroom soup,
1/4 cup: wine -- dry white,
4 oz: mushrooms,
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place in crockpot. Mix wine
and soup and pour over chicken. Pour mushrooms over top of chicken and
cook on low 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Sliced onions may be
added for a different flavor. Ser
