Ingredients:
2 lb: beef cubes, floured,browned
3: potatoes, peeled, 1 cubes
4: carrots, peeled, sliced
3 large: onions, cubed
2: celery stalks, cut up
1 tablespoon: brown sugar,
1/2 teaspoon: allspice,
1/4 teaspoon: marjoram,
1/4 teaspoon: thyme,
5 tablespoon: minute tapioca,
1 can: whole tomatoes (20 oz.),
1/2 cup: burgundy wine,
2 tablespoon: worchestershire sauce,
1 teaspoon: salt,
1/2 teaspoon: pepper,
1: bay leaf,

Directions:
Add all ingredients to crockpot. Cook on LOW for 9 - 10 hours Serve topped
with chopped parsley.

Yield: 4 servings
