Crockpot Beef Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb: chuck or round steak, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup: flour,
1 teaspoon: salt,
1/4 teaspoon: pepper,
1 large: onion, sliced
1 large: green pepper, sliced
1 can: tomatoes (1 lb.),
1 can: mushrooms (4 oz.), drained (optional)
2 tablespoon: molasses,
2 tablespoon: soy sauce,
1 pkg: frozen french-style green,
1: beans (10 oz.),
Directions:
Put steaks strips, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot, stirring well to
coat meat. Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours; or 5
hours on LOW, and 2 hours on HIGH.
