Ingredients:

LIZ JONES
2 lb: stew beef, lean, 1 1/2cubes,
2: garlic cloves, sliced,
2: celery stalks, large, sliced,
1/2 cup: green olives, pitted/drained,
4 oz: mushrooms, drained,
2 tablespoon: flour,
2 tablespoon: water,
1: mozzarella cheese, grated,
16 oz: whole tomatoes,

Directions:
Trim and wipe stew meat thoroughly. Combine all ingredients except flour,
water and mozzarella cheese in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW setting for
10 to 12 hours (on HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours). One hour before serving,
turn to HIGH setting. Make a smooth paste of water and flour; stir into
crockpot. Cover and cook until thickened. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese
generously over top. 4 to 6 servings (about 2 1/2 quarts). Note: A 3-lb.
cut up chicken or round steak may be substituted for the stew beef. Source:
