Ingredients:

JEAN POLZIN (NBKG80B
3 lb: round steak,
2 large: onions,sweet,
1 can: stewed tomatoes(14-1/2 oz),
1: salt & pepper, to taste
2 tablespoon: worcestershire sauce,
1: flour, instant, as needed
8 oz: macaroni or noodles, cooked separately

Directions:
Cut steak into serving pieces, sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour. Cut
onions into 1/4" slices, cut in half and separate into rings. Place 1/2 of
the onions in the bottom of the crockpot, top with steak, then rest of
onions. Pour about 2 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce around steak. Pour stewed
tomatoes on top, cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours, or until meat os
very temder. Serve with macaroni (I like Muellers Ready Cut) or noodles,
cooked separately. Leftover macaroni is refrigerated in the same bowl as
the leftover steak, and soaks up the good flavor of the gravy. I fix the
night before & refrigerate, put on to cook about 7 AM. amd let it cook all
day. Leftovers are delicious reheated in your microwave at 50%.
