Lemon-orzo Pilaf Recipe

Ingredients:
14 3/4 can: Chicken broth, reduced-sodium
1 cup: Water,
1 cup: Orzo pasta,
1 tsp: Dried leaf basil, crumbled
1 tsp: Grated lemon rind,
Directions:
Bring chicken broth and water to boiling in medium-size saucepan.
Stir in orzo, basil and lemon. Return to boiling. Lower heat and
simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and serve.
