Lf Banana Bread (ovo) Recipe
Yield: 1 ServingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Applesauce, (or lemon
Yogurt),
1 cup: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Liquid egg substitute, (I
Used Second Nature),
3: Overripe bananas, mashed
2 cup: Flour, (less if you use whole
Wheat),
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1/2 cup: Black walnuts, (or English,
If you must),
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Combine applesauce/yogurt and sugar. Add egg and bananas. Beat in
flour, soda and salt (sift these together first). Add nuts. Bake in
moderate oven (350 degrees) until a toothpick (or knife) inserted in
the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool at least 10 minutes
and remove from loaf pan. Makes 1 good size loaf.
