1 cup: Legumes, cooked
1 cup: Bread crumbs, wheat germ or ground nuts
1 cup: Liquid--soymilk, tomato juice, etc.
Seasonings to taste--garlic, onions, etc
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven
until firm, about 30 minutes.
