Black Bean Dip #1 Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Cooked Black Beans,
1/4 cup: Minced Carrot,
1/4 cup: Minced Celery,
1 tsp: Garlic Salt,
1 tsp: Oregano,
1 tsp: Cumin,
1/2 tsp: Coriander,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Sour Cream,
1 tbsp: Chopped Fresh Cilantro,
Cilantro for Garnish,
Directions:
In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork. Add
remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well.
Cover,and chill 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
