Black Bean Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:
12 ounce: Egg noodles, medium
2 tbsp: Butter or Margarine,
1 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1 lbs: Beef, boneless cut in thin strips
1 small: Onions chopped,
1 cup: Sour cream,
1/4 cup: Black Bean Sauce,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper, ground
1/8 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Parsley minced,
Directions:
Cook noodles as package directs; drain and keep warm. Meanwhile,
heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil in large skillet over high
heat. Add beef; saute 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from
skillet. Melt remaining 1 tablesppon butter in same skillet. Add
onion; suate 2 minutes, or until tender. Mix in beef, sour cream,
black bean suace, pepper and salt. Heat through. Remove from heat;
stir in parsley. Serve over noodles.
