Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: White flour,
2 cup: Bran,
1/4 cup: Cornmeal,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 1/4 cup: Skim milk,
1/2 cup: Molasses,
1 tsp: Baking soda, dissolved in wa
1 cup: Raisins, optional
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a muffin tin, using either
nonstick pan or paper liners. Bake 325F for 25 min.
