Eye of round, symmetrical
Sherry, dry
Gunk, see recipe
Directions:
Make sure meat is not thinner at one end than the other. (Can
substitute chuck or rump roast.) Cover FROZEN roast with sherry and
gunk; put a little water and sherry in the bottom of the pan.
Cook in 350 degree oven; dont turn while cooking.
