Broiled Tomatoes With Feta Cheese Recipe

Ingredients:
3 large: Ripe, firm tomatoes sliced about 1/2" thick
4 ounce: Feta cheese,
1/2 tbsp: Chopped marjoram,
Fruity olive oil,
Freshly ground pepper,
Directions:
REHEAT BROILER. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Crumble
the cheese over them, add half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the
top. Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil
until the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 minutes.
Remove, drizzle a little more oil over the top, add the rest of the
marjoram, season with pepper and serve.
