Natural All Wheat Bread For The Zojirushi Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Water, 110 degrees
3 tsp: Dry yeast,
1/3 cup: Honey,
3 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1/4 cup: Wheat gluten,
2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Place 3 teaspoons fo dry yeast into Home bakery pan. Add 1 1/2 cups of
lukewarm water (110
degrees). Mix with spatula until dissolved. Add
1/3 cup of honey and blend together with spatula. In a separate bowl,
mix 3 cups of wheat flour and 1/4 cup of wheat gluten, also add 2 t.
of salt, then place then ingredients into pan. Select BASIC WHEAT
BREAD setting and press START.
