Butterscotch Yams Recipe

Ingredients:
6 medium: Yams, cook,peel, quarter
1/2 cup: Light corn syrup, or dark
1/2 cup: Firmly packed light brown,
Sugar,
1/4 cup: Evaporated skim milk,
1 tsp: Butter,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325F. Arrange yams in single layer in 13x9x2 inch
baking dish. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients
in a med. saucepan. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over med.
heat, boilf for 5 min. Por over yams. Return dish to oven and bake,
basting frequently, for at least 15 min.
