Olive & Anchovy Bites Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: All-purpose Flour,
1/2 cup: Chilled butter,
1 cup: Grated cheese, any kind
2 ounce: Chopped Anchovy Fillets,
1/3 cup: Chopped black olives,
1/2 t: Cayenne pepper,
Directions:
1. Place flour, butter, cheese, anchovies, olives, and cayenne in a
food processor and mix until forms a firm dough.
2. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 20 minutes.
3. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough on lightly floured
surface.
4. Cut dough into 2 inch strips. Cut strips diagonally to make small
triangles. Bake 8-10 minutes on baking sheets. Cool.
May keep in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
