Ingredients:
1 large: Onion, sliced thin
1/4 tsp: Salt,
3 tbsp: Tabasco sauce,
3 tbsp: Olive oil,
2 tbsp: Vinegar,

Directions:

Cover the onion with boiling water, drain, & rinse in cold water.
Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients & let stand at room
temperature 30 minutes or longer.
