Cheddar Pepper Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: , (8 1/2 oz.) corn bread/muffin mix
1/3 cup: Milk,
1: Egg, beaten
1 cup: , (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup: Thinly sliced green onions with tops,
1/2 tsp: Freshly ground black pepper,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine mix, milk and egg; mix just until dry
ingredients are moistened. Stir in cheese, green onions and pepper.
Spread into buttered 8-inch round or square baking pan. Bake 20 to 24
minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cool. Yield: 6 servings.
