Cheddary Artichoke Snacks Recipe

20 slice: French bread, toasted
1 Jar: , (6 oz.) marinated
Artichoke hearts, drained &
Chopped,
1/4 cup: Bottled roasted red peppers,
2 tbsp: Sliced green onion,
1 package: , (10 oz.) CRACKER BARREL
Extra Sharp Natural cheddar,
Cheese, thinly sliced
Directions:
TOP toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on
cookie sheet.
BROIL 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with
additional red pepper and green onion. Makes 20.
