Orange Syllabub Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Whipping cream,
1/2 cup: Fresh orange juice,
1/2 cup: Superfine sugar,
2 tbsp: Grated, squeezed dry orange peel
2 tbsp: Orange liqueur,
Strips orange peel,
Directions:
Beat whipping cream in medium bowl until stiff. Blend juice, sugar,
peel and liqueur in small bowl. Fold mixture into whipped cream.
Spoon into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with orange peel.
