1/2 cup: Sunflower seeds,
3 cup: Quick-cooking rolled oats,
3/4 cup: Wheat germ,
1 cup: Raisins,
1/2 cup: Dried apricots cut up,
1/4 cup: Coconut ribbons,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar, optional
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
