Cheese N Apple Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Margarine or,
Butter,
1/3 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
2 1/2 cup: Milk,
4 cup: Gouda cheese,
Shredded,
1 cup: Apple juice,

Directions:
Melt margarine or butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour
and salt. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until
thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add juice; heat
thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

Makes four 1 1/4 cup servings.
