Ingredients:
4 lbs: Pork loin roast which has be,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 tsp: Crushed dried thyme,
1 cup: Cherry preserves,
1/4 cup: Red wine Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Corn syrup,
1/4 tsp: Ground cloves,
1/4 tsp: Nutmeg,
1/4 tsp: Cinnamon,

Directions:
~----------Cherry Sauce-------------- Rub roast thoroughly with
mixture of preceding ingredients. Roast, uncover Combine sauce
ingredients and bring just to boiling; simmer 1-4 minutes.
DIRECTIONS: Spoon sauce over the roast after it has cooked about 2
