Ingredients:
2 lbs: Powdered Sugar,
1 tsp: Cream of Tarter,
6: Egg Whites,
1 tsp: Vanilla or Almond Extract,

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, sift sugar & cream of tarter. Add egg whites
and mix at very high speed. Beat till very stiff.
