Party Ham Ring Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Envelope: unflavored gelatin,
1/4 cup: -cold water,
1 cup: Sour cream,
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
3 tbsp: Vinegar,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Pepper to taste,
1 1/2 cup: Ham, cooked; diced
1 cup: Celery, sliced
1/4 cup: Parsely, chopped
3 tbsp: Green onion, chopped
Directions:
Soften gelatin in water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Blend in sour
cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Chill until thickened;
whip until fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into 5-1/2 cup
