Peanut Butter/bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Whole Wheat Flour,
1/3 cup: Bran,
2 tsp: Baking Powder,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1: Egg,
1/4 cup: Peanut Butter,
1/2 cup: Lowfat Milk,
1/3 cup: Peanuts, chopped

Directions:
Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the
remaining ingredients and blend.

Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.

Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
