Peanut Raisin & Chocolate Clusters Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Egg white,
1/4 cup: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Raisins,
3/4 cup: Raisins,
3/4 cup: Chocolate chips,
Directions:
Beat egg white till frothy, add sugar gradually; continue beating till
light. Stir in rasins, peanuts and chocolate chips. Place in mounds on
cookie sheet lined with parchment (or buttered and floured). Bake in
preheated 375F oven 8 to 10 minutes or till browned. Cool. makes: 24
