Peppermint Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tsp: Peppermint extract, or 3 ts
3 cup: Vodka,
1 cup: Sugar syrup, see recipe
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and stir. Let stand for 2 weeks. Use 3
teaspoons of extract for a stronger mint taste and additional sugar
syrup for a sweeter thicker liqueur. Yield: 1 quart Container: Quart
