Pickled Red Beets Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Brown sugar,
1 quart: Vinegar,
Salt, to taste
Directions:
Cook beets till tender, peel and cut into cubes or slice. Bring the
remaining ingredients to a boil. Pack the beets in hot sterilized
jars, cover with liquid and seal at once.
