Pineapple Ginger Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Minced garlic,
1 tsp: Minced ginger,
1 cup: No-sugar-added pineapple,
Juice,
1/4 cup: Low sodium tamari or soy,
Sauce,
1 tbsp: Cornstarch dissolved in 1,
tb Cold water,
Directions:
Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick
skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soysauce. Heat on medium
high until it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to
your desired consistency.
