Potatoes With Chives Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Washed New Potatoes, with skins on
5 fl oz: Soured Cream,
3 tbsp: Mayonnaise,
1 tbsp: Garlic Wine Vinegar,
2 tbsp: Snipped Chives,
Salt and Pepper,
Directions:
Cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes until just
tender. Drain and place in a bowl.
Mix together all the other ingredients and pour over cooked new
potatoes. Chill until needed.
