Prune Ice-cream Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Prunes,
1 cup: Sugar,
1/4 cup: Lemon juice,
3 tbsp: Sweetened condensed milk,
9 tbsp: Water,
Few grains salt,

Directions:
Wash prunes. Cover with cold water. Heat to boiling. Simmer until
soft. Rub through sieve. There should be 1 cup prune pulp. Combine
prune pulp, milk, water, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Pour into
freezer. Freeze. 6 servings. I.M., Greenfield, IN.
