Crostini (garlic Flavored Toast) Recipe

Ingredients:
6: White bread slices, day-old
4: Olive oil, or butter
2 centiliter: Garlic, split lenghtwise
Directions:
Cut each slice of bread in 4 squares or triangles. It is not
necessary to remove the crusts. Heat the oil in a small skillet or
saucepan and saute the garlic over medium-low heat. When the garlic
is deep gold in color but not browned, discard it. Brush the flavored
oil on both sides of the bread and set the slices on a baking sheet.
Toast lightly on both sides in a 375 F oven. Serve hot.
