Rocky Mountain Brisket Recipe

Ingredients:
-Beef brisket,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tsp: Pepper,
2 tbsp: Chili powder,
1 tsp: Crumbled bay leaf,
2 tbsp: Liquid smoke -BARBECUE SAUCE:,
3 tbsp: Brown sugar,
14 ounce: Catsup,
3/4 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
6 tbsp: Butter, melted
1 tbsp: Dry mustard,
2 tbsp: Liquid smoke Salt & pepper,
1/4 cup: Worcestershire sauce,
2 tsp: Celery salt,
1/2 cup: Water,

Directions:
Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, bay leaves and liquid smoke. Rub
meat on all sides with mixture. Place meat fat side up in large
roasting pan. Cover tightly and bake 4 hours at 325 degrees. After
meat is cooked, cut thin slices across the grain; mix with the
barbecue sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on buns.
