Ingredients:
1 pint: Heavy cream,
1 cup: Butter,
1 1/2 cup: Parmesan cheese,
1 tbsp: Fresh Parsley,
Pepper to taste,
Chopped garlic,
2 tbsp: Tomato paste,
Directions:
Melt butter. Stir in heavy cream, chopped garlaic, parsley, and
pepper. Add cheese. Stir in 2-3 tbsp tomato paste. Heat until
thickened, stirring constantly.
