Rum Raisin Ice Cream^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Very ripe banana,
1 tsp: Lowfat yogurt,
1/4 tsp: Rum extract,
1 tbsp: Raisins,

Directions:
Peel banana, wrap in plastic and freeze 24 hours. Thaw slightly,
combine in blender with remaining ingredients except raisins. Blend
until smoothl. Stir in raisins. Serve.
