Dilled Green Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
100 gram: French beans, trimmed
1: Garlic clove, crushed
6 Sprigs: of dill,
1/4 tsp: Dill seeds,
A few mustard seeds,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
100 milliliter: Cider vinegar,
1 tbsp: Salt,

Directions:
Steam the beans until tender but still crisp - 3-4 minutes. Cool and
put them in the bottom of a glass dish. Add the crushed garlic, dill
sprigs and seeds, and mustard seeds. In a saucepan combine the sugar,
vinegar, salt and a little water, and bring to the boil. Pour the
mixture over the beans and leave to cool. Chill it overnight, covered.
