Double Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup: Cider vinegar,
1/4 cup: Honey-mustard,
2 tbsp: Golden brown sugar,
2 tsp: Celery seeds,
1 1/2 tsp: Pepper,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
1/2 cup: Sour cream or plain yogurt,
1 medium: Head green cabbage, shredded
1 medium: Head red cabbage, shredded
1 bunch: Green onions, chopped
1/2 cup: Dried currants,
Directions:
Whisk first 6 ingredients together. Add may and sour cream and whisk
until smooth. Add both cabbages, green onions and currants and toss
to coat (Id use a large bowl here). Cover and refrigerate at least 4
hours.
