Ingredients:
3 bunch: Spinach,
1: Onion chopped,
1 tsp: Ginger chopped,
3: Green chillis,
1/2 tsp: Turmeric pwd,
225 gram: Paneer,
2 tbsp: Oil,
Oil for deep frying,
1 pinch: Sodium bicarbonate,
Salt,

Directions:

Chop spinach , add 1/4 cup water ,soda bi carb and cook. When cooked
blend well in a blender. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry in hot
oil.Heat oil and fry onions,add ginger,green chillis and turmeric pwd
and fry, add spinach and paneer.
