Scallops In Double Pepper Sauce ** Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Olive Oil,
5: Chopped Garlic Cloves,
1 lbs: Bay Or Sea Scallops,
3/4 cup: Slivered Red Peppers,
3/4 cup: Slivered Green Peppers,
1/2 cup: Chopped Onion,
1/2 tsp: Tabasco Pepper Sauce,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
2 tbsp: Drained Capers,

Directions:
Slivers of red and green bell peppers give this quickly prepared dish
vibrant color, and the garlic, Tabasco sauce and capers provide lots
of flavor. ~------------------------------------------------------
~----------------- In a large skillet, heat the oil and add the
garlic. Cook until golden, about 1 minute. Add the scallops, peppers,
onion, Tabasco sauce and salt. Stirring constantly, cook for 5
minutes, or until the scallops turn white and the vegetables are
crisp-tender. Stir in the capers and serve immediately.
