Egg Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:
8 cup: Water,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3: Eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup: Water,
2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Heat 8 cups water and 1/2 t salt to boiling in Dutch oven. Mix eggs,
1/2 cup water, flour and 1 t salt. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls into
boiling water. Cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally;
drain. (Dumplings will be chewy, not fluffy.)
