Ingredients:
10: Eggs,
100 gram: Sugar,
1: Grated lemon rind,
1/2 deciliter: Cream,
50 gram: Butter, melted
1 kilo: Flour,

Directions:
Mix well and roll out 1/2 cm thick. Cut out rounds and fry in deep
fat (200 C). Dust with powdered sugar.
