Smith House Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

1 package: Yeast,
1 1/2 cup: Lukewarm water,
2: Eggs, unbeaten
4 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Crisco oil,
4 1/2 cup: Plain flour,
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add other ingredients, adding
flour last. Make a soft dough; knead lightly; set aside in a warm
place until double. Roll out on a floured surface, cut with round
cutter. Toll in melted butter and fold over. Let rise again 30-35
minutes. Bake at 400~ for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
