Sour Cream Stuffing For Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 cup: Celery, chopped
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
1/4 cup: Butter/margarine, melted
4 cup: Bread crumbs, dried
1/2 cup: Sour cream,
1/4 cup: Lemon, diced, peeled
2 tbsp: Lemon rind, grated
1 tsp: Paprika,
1 tsp: Salt,

Directions:

Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients
and mix thoroughly. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
