Southwestern Turkey Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Turkey, (I use leftover
Turkey), cubed/cooked
1/2 cup: Bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup: Onions, chopped
2: Egg whites, whipped
2/3 cup: Skim milk,
3/4 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
1/2 cup: Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven at 400. Prepare a pie pan with cooking spray. In a mixing
bowl, combine turkey, peppers, and onions. Spread mixture into
prepared pan. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, milk,
flour, salt, and pepper. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake for 25
minutes or until browned on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 3
minutes more or until cheese is melted.
