Fresh Pear Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Sugar,
2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
1/8 tsp: Salt,
1 cup: Pear juice, or nectar
1/2 cup: Orange juice,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
6 medium: Pears, peeled, halved, cored
Lettuce,
Cottage cheese,
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan; stir in juices.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Arrange pear halves on lettuce leaves; spoon a small amount of cottage
cheese into cente of each. Spoon fruit dressing over each pear.
