Fried Red Pepper Dipping Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
10 each: Ancho peppers, pre-soaked
1/2 cup: Cooking oil,
1 medium: Onion, chopped
1 can: Tomato paste, 8oz.
1 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Soak the ancho peppers in warm water until soft, then grind them into
a paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan, adding the chopped onion, the
ground peppers, tomato paste and salt. Fry for about 1 minute.
