1: Garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp: Anchovy paste,
2 tsp: Olive oil,
1/4 tsp: Freshly ground black pepper,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about
1-1/2 Tbsp.
