Yield: 15 ServingsRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
1 package: Yeast,
1 tbsp: White sugar,
12 cup: Bread flour,
12 cup: Medium rye flour,
2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
1/2 cup: Unprocessed bran flakes,
1 tbsp: Caraway seeds,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: Instant coffee powder,
1/4 tsp: Fennel seeds,
1 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Water,
2 tbsp: Molasses,
2 tbsp: Cider vinegar,
1/2 ounce: Unsweetened chocolate,
Directions:
(I would cut back on that a bit) Cool the mixture to 105-115 degrees
and add to dry ingredients. I suspect the exact ingredients dont
really matter all that much. As long as the flour-to-liquid
proportions are such as to make a dough of good consistency, the
result will probably be highly edible.
